Engagement and client responsibilities
An engagement begins only when both parties accept a written scope. You agree to provide timely access to relevant people, documentation, and lawfully collected data; identify known data limitations; and review deliverables within agreed periods. You remain responsible for product, commercial, legal, and technical decisions.
Fees and changes
Fees and invoicing dates are stated in the accepted scope. Website descriptions are informational and are not binding quotations. Scope changes require written agreement and may affect timing and fees. Overdue undisputed invoices may pause work after reasonable notice.
Confidentiality and data
Each party will protect non-public information received through an engagement and use it only for the agreed work. Access should follow least-privilege principles. Unless separately agreed, clients should not provide unnecessary direct identifiers or sensitive personal data.
Intellectual property
You retain ownership of your data and pre-existing materials. Once applicable fees are paid, you may use engagement-specific deliverables internally. Resource ControlHub retains its pre-existing methods, templates, know-how, and general skills, while respecting confidentiality.
Liability and ending an engagement
Analytics involves uncertainty and no particular business outcome is guaranteed. To the extent permitted by Thai law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Either party may end work according to the accepted scope or for a material breach not remedied after reasonable written notice. Accrued payment and confidentiality obligations survive.
Governing law and contact
