Before work starts
You may cancel in writing before the agreed start date. Any prepaid amount is eligible for a full refund except a clearly identified, agreed deposit used to reserve capacity, or approved third-party costs already incurred. We will disclose these conditions in the written scope before acceptance.
After work starts
Once work has started, fees for completed work, time already spent, and approved purchased materials or third-party research costs are non-refundable. If you end an engagement early, any remaining prepaid balance may receive a partial refund after those amounts and any agreed cancellation charge are deducted. Completed deliverables and consumed workshop time are non-refundable.
Quality concerns and exceptions
If a delivered service materially fails to match the accepted written scope, notify us within 14 calendar days with details. We will first try to correct or complete the affected work within a reasonable time. If that is not feasible, a partial or full refund for the affected portion may be offered. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Rescheduling, deposits, and no-shows
Sessions may be rescheduled once without charge with at least two business days’ notice, subject to availability. Later changes may be charged for reserved time. A no-show or cancellation after a scheduled session begins is non-refundable. Agreed capacity deposits are applied to the engagement but may be non-refundable when cancellation prevents us from reassigning the reserved period.
How to request a refund
Email hello@resource-controlhub.digital with your name, organisation, engagement reference, reason, and relevant dates. We will acknowledge the request and normally decide within 10 business days. Approved refunds are processed within a further 10 business days to the original payment method where possible; bank or provider processing can add time.
Cancellation by us
If Resource ControlHub cancels work and cannot reasonably reschedule, we will refund prepaid fees for work not completed. We may pause or terminate for unpaid invoices, unlawful requests, unsafe access arrangements, or material breach; in those cases, completed work and committed costs remain payable.
